INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth

  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 lid
  • 1 bowl
  • 4 plate

STEPS

Peel and mince the garlic.


Cut the green beans in half and slice the almonds.


Transfer the green bean halves to a bowl and add 1 tbsp of water. Put the bowl in the microwave and cook for 4 minutes. Then turn off the microwave and remove the bowl from it.


Turn on the heat and drizzle olive oil over a skillet pan. Stir in the sliced almonds with a wooden spoon in the skillet pan. Then, using a wooden spoon, mix in the minced garlic. Add the cooked green beans and vegetable broth then cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat to make a green bean mixture. Turn off the heat and remove the lid from the skillet pan.


Transfer the green beans mixture to a plate.


It’s ready to be served !
