INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup olive oil

TOOLS

  • 1 spoon
  • 1 towel
  • 1 tray
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 oven

STEPS

In a bowl, combine yeast and 2 cups of water. Using a spoon, mix the contents. Add all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and olive oil to the bowl. To make a dough, crack the eggs and combine all of the ingredients with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.


Knead the dough for 10 minutes.


Cover the bowl with a towel and put aside for 45 minutes to allow the dough to rise. Take the towel out of the basin.


Divide the dough into 16 pieces to make hot dog buns.


Put the hot dog buns in the tray.


Preheat the oven to 390°F for 20 minutes.


Put the tray in the hot oven and bake for 20 minutes.


Turn off the oven and remove the tray.
