INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 5 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 1 half frozen banana
  • ½ cup oranges
  • 1 cup ice cubes

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 blender
  • 1 glass

STEPS

Squeeze oranges with a squeezer.


Slice the frozen banana.


Combine orange juice, banana slices, rolled oats, vanilla yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend the mixture to get an orange and banana smoothie.


Transfer the orange and banana smoothie to a glass.
