INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 peaches
  • 8 strawberries
  • 2 cups apples
  • half tsp cinnamon
  • 12 cubes ice cubes

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 apples cutter
  • 1 pot
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 blender
  • 3 serving glasses
  • 1 hand blender
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Peel bananas.


Cut peaches in half.


Pit the peaches with a spoon.


Slice the peaches.


Core apples with an apple cutter.


In a pot, combine cored apples and 4 cups of water. Cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat. Blend the mixture with a hand blender in the same pot to get apple puree.


Strain the apple puree with a strainer to get apple juice.


Combine bananas, peaches, apple juice, strawberries, cinnamon, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.


Divide peach and banana smoothie into serving glasses.


It’s ready to be served !
