INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tomatoes
  • half Ib mozzarella cheese
  • a third cup basil
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • a quarter cup olive oil
  • three quarters tsp kosher salt

STEPS

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese thinly, then chop basil leaves.
